What do I need to access the Course?

The Course is offered online. You will need to have an Email account and a Facebook account for access. 

The Training videos and assignments are delivered via a private Facebook Group. You will also receive daily emails to keep you accountable and on track to finish your training.

How much time do I need to devote each day?

The total time investment required on your part should be less than 15-30 minutes per day (including watching the training, doing the daily exercise/assignment and interacting in the Facebook group).

What if I can't participate on some of the days?

No worries! The course is entirely self-paced. However we recommend doing not more than one Unit per day, and not taking more than 2 days to complete 1 unit/day of training.

Take a brief moment each day to open the 'Foundation To Fitness' emails and watch the training video clip for that day so that you stay in the loop. As soon as you carve out some extra time, work on the exercise/assessment for that day. 

When can I get started?

As soon as you register and make your payment, we'll create your access and then you'll receive an email from us to confirm that you are enrolled. 

You will also receive a link to join the Facebook group (typically within hours of registering). 

You can start your learning journey instantly once you join the group!

Will I receive a Nutrition and Exercise Plan?

This is a Coaching program to change your Mindset about Weight Loss. It helps you get unstuck, prioritize your Fitness and get started on the right foot towards good health.

Nutrition, Diet and Exercise plans will NOT be provided as part of this 5 Day Training. Some of the training videos will likely give you a starting point towards those.
